Overall very nice team. They fixed our car damage to a pristine, brand new condition. Super considerate that they parked our car under the shade when I picked it up. Also, they took care of returning our rental vehicle to Enterprise. They made everything painless. My Wife had good praises for them. Joe- very nice guy, explained processes in simple terms Shelby-was kind enough to step out to show me where my car was located Victoria-was patient in answering my questions and with me coming back and forth several times

Great overall experience with Milstead Collision on Rayford. I Set up a claim through my insurance and Milstead called me the same day and got me in the next business day. Repair to my vehicle was done correctly and looked great on the outside as well as a fresh detailing on the inside. It took about 10 days to get the truck back which was better than they originally told me. Shelby was very communicative during the repairs and answered any questions I had. I Would recommend and would come back again.

I am extremely satisfied with the service Joe Khatib provided. From the onset he and Steve were extremely professional and authentic, and they kept me informed throughout the entire repair process. Joe's communication was excellent; he took the time to answer all my questions and explain the repair process. The work done was seamless and professional. I truly appreciate the honesty, professionalism, and excellent customer service that the entire staff at Milstead Auto Collision displayed. I highly recommend Joe and Milstead services to anyone looking for a trustworthy and reliable repair shop. I will definitely be using their service again!!!

Recently had some body work done on my 2022 ram 1500 tailgate and had a custom dashboard made and installed… Ram limited editions are notorious for bubbling dashboard leather. I brought it into Milstead Collision for an estimate and by chance asked Joe if they could help out with a new custom dashboard and he did and could take care of both my problems. I have to say Milstead has me as a life long customer now. The tailgate looks brand new and the dashboard board is outstanding. Beautiful black and red leather with red top stitching is truest one of a kind. I had several things going on at once with my truck and Joe did a great job on coordinating each task which really expedited my trucks shop time. I had to go back to Milstead several times to take some pictures for some other aftermarket add on I was ordering. Every time I called Victoria (the receptionist) answered promptly. She was very pleasant on the phone and knowledgeable. She quickly routed me to the correct area. I can’t say about Joe, this guy is friendly and pleasant to talk to but is very knowledgeable and has the experience to provide confident solutions. While no one enjoys having to take a vehicle to a collision center for body work, I can honestly say my experience at Milstead Collision was a very pleasant one. Joe was so professional and down-to-earth as he walked me through the repair process. He gave me a quote and worked with me to complete the repairs within the timeframe promised. He was so easy to work with, and I felt like I was taking with an old friend. Victoria was also really helpful. She kept me informed about the progress being made on my car and called as soon as it was ready. She, Joe, and all the employees I encountered were so courteous and professional. The repairs were perfect, and my car looks like it just came off the showroom floor. I highly recommend Milstead: great customer service at reasonable price, and top-notch results. Thanks!
